Joe Markiewicz grew up dreaming of a professional baseball career in Rochester, New York, idolizing then young phenom Cal Ripken Jr. who played in the minor leagues there. However, a severe knee injury while playing college ball rendered that dream unreachable.

But showing the same dedication that allowed Ripken to set a Major League record for consecutive games played, Joe went onto hit a home run in business. Trained as an engineer, Joe focuses on empowering others to confidently pursue their dreams while sharing his roadmap for success.
